Tomas Reyes built this team on one idea: a homeowner should know who’s in their attic, what they’re doing, and what it costs before a single panel comes off. These are the people who make that happen.

Tomas Reyes - Owner
I started CleanRun in 2013 after watching too many homeowners get a vacuum hose waved near a register and a bill for “whole-system cleaning.” I’m a TDLR-licensed contractor, and I still climb into attics when a job calls for it. My specialty is the jobs other companies walk away from: collapsed flex duct behind a finished ceiling, or a return plenum in a Grogan’s Mill home that hasn’t been opened since the Clinton administration. Last month I found a 3-inch debris build-up at the first elbow of a main trunk line; the camera showed it, the crew cleaned it, and the customer got the photo record. I live in Spring with my wife and two dogs who shed enough to keep me in business.
Marcus T. - Lead Technician
Marcus has been with us six years and runs our negative-pressure extraction jobs, which means he seals off each duct run and pulls debris out under controlled suction instead of blowing it around your house. He’s NADCA-certified and trained on our Rotobrush and Nikro systems, but what homeowners remember is that he explains what he’s doing while he’s doing it. He grew up in Conroe, knows the humidity patterns that hit Montgomery County, and can tell you why a south-facing attic in August needs different handling than a shaded crawl space. Off the clock he’s rebuilding a 1987 Chevy truck that has spent more time on his lift than on the road.
Elena V. - Senior Installer, Duct Repair & Sealing
Elena handles our duct repair and sealing work, which means she crawls into spaces most people avoid and comes out with a plan to fix what she found. She’s certified in Aeroseal application and manual sealing with mastic, and she’s the person we send when a homeowner in Creekside Park has been told their whole system needs replacement. Last year she saved a family in Indian Springs $4,200 by sealing a disconnected return branch the previous company missed entirely. She moved to The Woodlands from Houston to get away from flat terrain and now hikes every trail in the George Mitchell Preserve she can find.
Darnell J. - Service Coordinator
Darnell answers the phone when you call (346) 248-1474, and he’s the one who makes sure your written price is ready before any work starts. He’s been with CleanRun four years and knows our equipment roster cold: which Rotobrush head fits which duct gauge, when to spec Abatement Technologies HEPA filtration versus standard negative pressure, and how to schedule around The Woodlands’ traffic patterns so we’re not late to a job in Alden Bridge during rush hour. He’s the reason our Documented Photo Records actually reach customers instead of sitting on a hard drive. He coaches youth basketball in Oak Ridge and has a weakness for breakfast tacos from the stand on Sawdust.
Kai R. - Apprentice Technician
Kai joined us in 2024 after two years in residential HVAC installation and decided he wanted to understand the full system, not just the box in the attic. He’s training on our Honeywell and Aprilaire air quality equipment and has already handled solo dryer vent cleaning jobs from Grogan’s Forest to Windsor Lakes. His first week, he found a bird’s nest in a dryer vent termination that had been misdiagnosed as a failing heating element. He’s studying for his NADCA certification and asks more questions than the rest of the crew combined. He lives in Shenandoah and commutes on a motorcycle he insists is practical despite what the rest of us think.
